<li> AIRASE® 5100 Defoamer has shelf life of 36 months.</li></ul> AIRASE® 8070 Deaerator by Evonik is an effective deaerator concentrate based on polyether
siloxane technology. It contains no VOCs, APEs (alkylphenol ethoxylates) and HAPs. It eliminates foam, pinholing, solvent-popping problems and surface defects. It is especially effective against microfoam. It is outstanding for airless spray application. Used in water-based coatings. Applications of AIRASE® 8070 Deaerator include wood coatings (for furniture and joinery), industrial coatings (for metals, plastics and concrete substrates), acrylic (and modified acrylic) coatings and two-component polyurethane coatings. Recommended usage ranges between 0.1% to 1% of total formulation weight. AIRASE® 5355 Defoamer by Evonik is a siloxane-based defoamer. It does not contain added mineral oils, hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) or alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs). It is designed to control and eliminate foam without generating surface defects in water-based applications. Suitable for low-VOC formulations and food contact compliant formulations. Exhibits long-term, persistent defoaming effect in formulations. Used in overprint varnishes, pigment concentrates and flexogravure printing inks applications. Complies with US FDA 21CFR 175.105, US FDA 21 CFR 175.300, US FDA 21CFR 176.170, US FDA 21CFR 176.180 and swiss ordinance annex 10, part A of lists I-V. AIRASE® 5355 Defoamer also conforms to nestle guidance note on packaging inks, Japan (not on the negative list for printing inks) and China GB9685-2016 regulations. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5%. AIRASE® 5200 Defoamer by Evonik is a structured siloxane-based defoamer. It is solvent-, & alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE)-free and suitable for a wide range of water-based applications. It is designed for applications where strong defoaming is required and the formulations are not sensitive to cratering. When properly incorporated, AIRASE® 5200 Defoamer can provide an excellent long-term, persistent defoaming in formulations. It is a slightly hazy, low odor, and low viscosity liquid with improved pH stability. Used in colorants, pigment concentrates, color concentrates for inks and flat paints. Recommended use level is 0.05-0.5%. AIRASE® 5400 Defoamer by Evonik is a structured siloxane defoamer suitable for a wide range of water-based applications. It is solvent- and APE-free. It is designed for applications where strong defoaming is required with good long-term persistency, especially in high shear applications. It offers low odor, opaque, and low viscosity liquid with improved pH stability. AIRASE® 5400 Defoamer is used in colorants, pigment concentrates, semi-gloss and gloss paints, spray as well as roll coat applied coatings, primers and printing inks. Recommended usage level is 0.05-0.5%. AIRASE® 5500 Defoamer by Evonik is structured siloxane-based defoamer. It is solvent-, and alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE)-free and suitable for a wide range of water-based applications. It is designed for applications where good defoaming is required with good long-term persistency and film compatibility. It contributes zero VOC and has improved pH stability. It is very suitable for clear and pigmented formulations. AIRASE® 5500 Defoamer is a slightly hazy, low odor, and low viscosity liquid. Used in general industrial coatings, architectural paints, primers, printing inks, satin-gloss paints, wood coatings and clear coats. Recommended use level is 0.05-0.5%. AIRASE® 5700 Defoamer by Evonik is structured siloxane defoamer. It is solvent-, and alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE)-free and suitable for a wide range of water-based applications. Contributes zero VOC (per EPA method 24) and improved pH stability. It is a slightly hazy, low odor, and low viscosity liquid that provides an excellent balance of effective defoaming and film compatibility. Can be incorporated in the let-down of a coating or ink. Used in spray and roll coat applied coatings, primers, printing inks, satin-gloss paints, wood coatings and clear coats. Recommended use level of AIRASE® 5700 Defoamer is 0.1-0.6%. AIRASE® 5300 Defoamer by Evonik is structured siloxane which acts as a defoamer. It is solvent-, and alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE)-free and suitable for a wide range of water-based applications. It is designed for applications where strong defoaming is required with good long-term persistency, especially in high shear applications with improved pH stability. AIRASE® 5300 Defoamer is an opaque, low odor, and low viscosity liquid. Used in colorants, pigment concentrates, flat, satin and semi-gloss paints, spray as well as roll coat applied coatings, primers and printing inks. Recommended use level is 0.05-0.5%. AIRASE® 5600 Defoamer by Evonik is solvent-, and alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE)-free structured siloxane defoamer. It is suitable for a wide range of water-based applications. It contributes zero VOC and improved pH stability. It is a slightly hazy, low odor, and low viscosity liquid that provides an excellent balance of effective defoaming and film compatibility. It can be incorporated in the let-down of a coating or ink. Used in spray and roll coat applied coatings, primers, printing inks, satin-gloss paints, wood coatings and clear coats. The recommended usage level of AIRASE® 5600 Defoamer is 0.1-5%. AIRASE® 4800 by Evonik is a proprietary 100% active, mineral oil-based defoamer. Shows excellent film compatibility with sustained, long-term foam control performance. It does not contain added hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), or alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs). Suitable for use in architectural & industrial coatings and inks. The recommended use level of AIRASE® 4800 is 0.1 and 1% of total formulation weight.
