ACEMATT® HK 125 by Evonik acts as a matting agent. Designed for pigmented coatings, particularly coil coating systems and for wood and industrial varnishes. ACEMATT® HK 440 by Evonik is an untreated, extremely coarse particle sized
precipitated silica based matting agent. It offers high matting efficiency, transparency, viscosity, smoothness/haptic and sedimentation behavior. It possesses very low sheen. It is especially recommended for basecoats, thick-film
applications and general industrial coatings. ACEMATT® HK 440 is compatible with high solids, pigmented coatings, solvent borne and partly compatible with radiation-curing and 2-pack coatings. It is used in coil coatings, architectural paints and floor coatings. Recommended usage level is 1.5-5%. It has a shelf life of 24 months. ACEMATT® HK 390 by Evonik is an untreated, very-fine particle sized matting
agent based on precipitated silica. It is particularly ideal for clear coats, where it produces a deep matte surface without a milky white haze. It effectively prevents mottling by providing improved orientation in coating systems. Offers high compatibility, high matting efficiency & transparency, super fine surface haptics along with good viscosity and sedimentation behavior. Shows high compatibility and excellent dispersibility. It is recommended universally for water- & solvent-borne coatings, pigmented and 2-pack coatings as well as partly suitable for radiation-curing and high solids coatings. It is used in car OEM, plastic (laptops or smartphones), wood (parquet flooring, tabletops or kitchen countertops) and general industrial coatings. Designed for automotive interior and exterior applications. Typical dosage level is 1.5-7.0% depending on the total formulation. The shelf life of ACEMATT® HK 390 is 24 months. ACEMATT® 810 by Evonik acts as a matting agent. It is untreated coarse-grained precipitated silica that is used in can-, coil-, sheet- and industrial coatings.<br>

It is an outstanding solution for multiple tasks in formulating coatings. It offers high-efficiency, transparency and a soft-feel effect. It exhibits good viscosity and sedimentation behavior. It shows compatibility with solvent-borne-, water-borne-, high-solids- and clear coatings. It is partly compatible with radiation-curing-, 2-pack- and pigmented coatings. It finds application in car OEM-, wood-, plastic- and floor coatings. Recommended addition level is 1.5-4.5% of the total formulation. ACEMATT® 3300 has a shelf life of 24 months. ACEMATT® OK 607 LC by Evonik is a treated precipitated silica grade. Acts as a matting agent and filler. Exhibits outstanding suspension behavior and low electrical conductivity.<br>

It is a universally applicable grade which effectively prevents mottling by offering improved orientation in coating systems. Suitable for water- & solvent-borne, pigmented and 2-pack coatings as well as partly suitable for radiation-curing and high solids coatings. ACEMATT® OK 412 LC by Evonik is a high performance matting agent for electro-deposition coatings. Offers very low conductivity and outstanding suspension behavior. It is a fine-grained wax after-precipitated silica. ACEMATT® OK 412 LC is used as a high quality filler for e-coats. Silicon dioxide.
