ACCUREL® Si 754 by Evonik is a silicone oil on a porous high-density polyethylene (HDPE) carrier. It acts as fast, long-lasting and effective lubricant and mold release agent. Its pre-dispersion in the porous carrier supports a homogeneous distribution in the finished product.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> Offers easy handling of highly viscous silicone oil as a solid.</li>
<li> It can be incorporated using gravimetric or volumetric dosing equipment or by physical blending with the base resin.</li>
<li> Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.4 % for mold release and 0.5-1.0 % for slip applications.</li>
<li> Complies with EU Regulation EC 10/2011, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.</li>
<li> It is listed with GB 9685-2016 for use in coatings with food contact.</li>
<li> Shelf life of ACCUREL® Si 754 is 12 months.</li></ul> ACCUREL® Si 761 by Evonik is a silicone oil on porous polypropylene (PP). It acts as an efficient mold release agent. It improves slip and fast and long-lasting lubricating properties.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It supports the release of injection-molded parts.</li>
<li> Its pre-dispersion in the porous carrier supports a homogeneous distribution in the finished product.</li>
<li> It can be incorporated in the skin layer of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films and significantly reduces the coefficient of friction (COF) even at elevated temperatures.</li>
<li>Offers easy handling of highly viscous silicone oil as a solid.</li>
<li> Recommended dosage level is 0.3-0.5 % for mold release, 1-1.5 % for lubrication and 0.4-1.4 % in BOPP skin layer.</li>
<li> Complies with EU Regulation EC 10/2011, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.</li>

Its pre-dispersion of the additive in the porous LDPE carrier supports a homogeneous distribution in the finished product.<br>

<li> It is used as a slip agent for PE films.</li>
<li>ACCUREL® Si 703 is also used for PE processing for high slip and lubrication requirements.</li></ul> ACCUREL® Si 752 by Evonik acts as a mold release agent and lubricant for HDPE-based applications. It reduces the coefficient of friction. It can be incorporated using gravimetric or volumetric dosing equipment or by physical blending with the base resin. Its pre-dispersion in the porous carrier supports a homogeneous distribution in the finished product even at low addition levels. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.4 % for mold release and 0.5-1.5 % for slip applications. Complies with EU Regulation EC 10/2011, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. It is listed with GB 9685-2016 for coatings with food contact. Shelf life of ACCUREL® Si 752 is 12 months.
