Applications include UV-curable wood sealers. 2-Butyl-2-ethyl-1, 3-propanediol diacrylate (BEPDDA). It is highly soluble in hydrocarbons. Offers low shrinkage and excellent water resistance. Applications include inks, paper, and wood coatings. Propoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMP3POTA). It offers low skin irritation, fast cure response, solvency and good flexibility. Used in photopolymers, coatings and inks. Ethoxylated pentaerythritol tetraacrylate (PET5EO4A). It offers high reactivity, high cross-link density and low skin irritation. Applications include glass, metal, and paper coatings. Also used in flexographic, gravure, offset, and screen inks. Acrylic resin diluted in 60% HDDA. It is more flexible and hence offers good flexibility and adhesion ability. Used in overprint varnish. Applications include paper, plastic, metal and wood coatings. Epoxy acrylate. It is a light-colored, difunctional oligomer. Exhibits abrasion resistance. Provides very high gloss and good toughness. Offers good UV/EB cure reactivity. Applications include overprinting varnishes, wood finishes and coatings for paper & plastics. Also used in lithographic, screen, and metal decorating ink vehicles. Aliphatic urethane acrylate. It exhibits excellent yellowing resistance. Offers good hardness and high gloss. Provides good adhesion on aluminum. Applications include silver paste-based top coatings on aluminum and coatings on PC, PMMA & ABS substrates. Propoxylated glyceryl triacrylate (G6, 6POTA). It offers low skin irritation, high crosslink density and flexibility. Used in photopolymers, coatings and inks.
