RayCryl® 1247 by EPS is an anionic acrylic (100%) core-shell polymer based on self-crosslinking technology. It is used in satin to high gloss enamels that require excellent hardness. It shows outstanding water-, tack-, dirt pick-up- and blocking resistance. It is APEO-free and provides excellent color and gloss retention. It is ideal for use in ultra-deep base formulation which incorporates high tinting levels. RayCryl® 1247 is recommended for high performance interior and exterior architectural topcoats. RayCryl® 709 by EPS is a self-crosslinking anionic acrylic emulsion. Its unique core-shell technology provides good water resistance and hardness with low coalescent demand. It is APEO-free and offers outstanding UV durability. It is designed for low VOC coatings, sealers and stains. RayCryl® 709 is suitable for stains, topcoats, exterior coatings for wood and concrete topcoats. RayCryl® 30S by EPS is an anionic acrylic emulsion. It is designed for improving hardness and block-, mar- and print resistance of coatings. It shows good compatible with a wide range of acrylics. RayCryl® 30S is suitable for architectural trim enamels, industrial primers and topcoats. Recommended dosage level is 5-15%. RayCryl® 1526 by EPS is an APEO-free, acrylic emulsion polymer (100%). It exhibits high gloss, good color acceptance and excellent rheology response. It provides excellent adhesion to wood, aged alkyds and cementitious substrates. It imparts very good water resistance for low VOC concrete sealers. It passes freeze thaw stability. RayCryl® 1526 is suitable for architectural concrete & topcoats and wood topcoats. RayCryl® 1853 by EPS is a high solid, self-crosslinking, anionic acrylic emulsion polymer (100%). It can develop a soft and flexible film. It is an excellent foamer, APEO-free and contains carboxyl group. It shows outstanding UV resistance and film clarity. It can be filled with clay, starch and calcium carbonate. RayCryl® 1853 is used in domestic or industrial textile fabric coatings. RayCryl® 1859 by EPS is a high solid, anionic acrylic emulsion polymer (100%). It is an excellent foamer and shows outstanding UV resistance & film clarity. It develops medium flexible free films. It is APEO-free, self-crosslinking and contains carboxyl group. It can be filled with clay, starch and calcium carbonate. RayCryl® 1859 is suitable for domestic or industrial textile fabric coatings. RayCryl® 304 by EPS is a high-performance styrene-acrylic emulsion. It is APEO-free and provide excellent adhesion, outstanding water resistance and clarity. It shows compatibility with PUDs. RayCryl® 304 is suitable for wood stain coating applications. RayCryl® 1850 by EPS is a self-crosslinking, anionic acrylic emulsion polymer (100%). It is an excellent foamer and exhibits medium flexible free film with excellent strength. It shows good compatibility with melamine to enhance durability. It provides outstanding pigment compatibility and pigment binding capacity that can be used in deep color applications. It accepts high filler loading and offers outstanding UV resistance & film clarity. RayCryl® 1850 is designed for textile applications such as foam-, pad-, spray-, knife- and roller coatings. It is also suitable for screen printing. RayCryl® 1837 by EPS is a hard and stiff anionic acrylic emulsion polymer (100%). It is self-crosslinking and APEO-free surfactant. It contains carboxyl group and accepts high filler loading & flame retardants. It provides stiff free films and shows outstanding UV resistance. RayCryl® 1837 is designed for domestic and industrial textile fabric coatings. RayCryl® 1244 by EPS is a self-crosslinking, 100% acrylic polymer designed to improve critical performance properties of sports court coatings. It offers outstanding exterior durability, wet adhesion, UV- and early water resistance. It shows a good balance of tensile strength and elongation as well as possesses low coalescent demand. It is developed to address performance failures that commonly occur with conventional acrylics by providing excellent early blister and abrasive scrub resistance. It improves flexibility, court performance and dirt-pickup resistance. It provides excellent sand retention and reduces repair cost. RayCryl® 1244 is formulated to meet stringent VOC regulations.
