NUOSPERSE® FX 600 by Elementis is a highly effective pigment dispersing agent. It is a multi-functional polymer, free of organic solvents. It ensures a strong interaction with a wide range of pigments, owing to its multi-functional structure.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It adsorbed strongly onto inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide and iron oxides (yellow, red or black) but also onto organic pigments such as fast red, quindo magenta, phthalo blue and green.</li>
<li>It exhibits optimized stabilization of pigments in aqueous systems.</li>
<li>It is suitable for use with a wide variety of binders such as baked acrylic dispersions, air-drying alkyds, polyester-melamines, 2-pack epoxies, acrylates.</li>
<li>It offers high gloss levels, optimal opacity, consistent quality, improved corrosion resistance.</li>
<li>It provides improved pigment wetting resulting in shorter grind times and cost savings.</li>
<li>NUOSPERSE® FX 600 is used for waterborne industrial coatings, protective coatings, gloss dispersion paints, colorants, printing inks, also used in pigment concentrates for tinting paints, leather finishes, textiles, plastics, inks, etc.
Recommended dosage level as a pigment dispersant 0.5-2.0% for paint, 0.5-3.0% for printing ink and 1-15% for pigment concentrates.
<li>It has a shelf life of 3 years.</li></ul> NUOSPERSE® FA 196 by Elementis is an anionic, highly concentrated liquid pigment dispersing agent for carbon black and organic pigment. It is suitable for thermoplastic acrylic systems and as an auxiliary product to improve the action of universal tinting pastes in basic alkyd paints.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers strong adsorption on a wide range of pigment surfaces, improves color development, gives good and fast dispersion, reduces rub-up and color float, improves compatibility of universal colorants.</li>
<li>It enables the replacement of various more specific dispersants with just one product.</li>
<li>NUOSPERSE® FA 196 is used for organic solvent-borne paint and ink systems including oxidatively drying systems and thermoplastic systems.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.4% calculated on the total quantity of alkyd paint.</li></ul> NUOSPERSE® FN 265 by Elementis is alkylphenol-free nonionic wetting agent and emulsifier, designed to replace the traditionally used alkyl phenol ethoxylates, in the paint industry. It may be classified as a non-VOC compound and is environmentally safe.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It possesses amphiphilic structure, which offers consistent paint quality, emulsifying properties, good pigment wetting and avoids flocculation.</li>
<li>It reduces required amount of defoamer.</li>
<li>The recommended use level of NUOSPERSE® FN 265 is 0.1-0.6% in coatings.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture.</li></ul> NUOSPERSE® FX 7600W by Elementis is a waterborne and organic solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent. It is an aqueous solution of surface-active substances and polymers containing multiple anchoring groups. It offers efficient viscosity reduction and outstanding color strength development in carbon black and organic pigments dispersions.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is sustainable and shows compatibility with most waterborne formulations.</li>
<li>It exhibits high efficiency, improved pigment wetting and low foaming.</li>
<li>It is easy to use and provides viscosity stability and long-term storage capacity.</li>

<li>Recommended usage level is 1-5% for binder resin containing and 5-20% for binder resin-free formulations.</li>
<li>NUOSPERSE® FX 7600W has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> NUOSPERSE® 2000 by Elementis is a waterborne wetting and dispersion agent. It is a liquid carrier/ humectant for use in VOC- compliant colorants and pigment dispersions. It is free of organic solvents and nonylphenol ethoxylates, making it environmentally friendly.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It reduces the tendency of the colorant to dry out during storage or application.</li>
<li>It offers good water resistance and very good storage stability, pigment wetting and stabilizing properties.</li>
<li>It stabilizes pigment dispersions and improves dispersing properties.</li>
<li>Recommended usage level is 5-25%.</li>
<li>NUOSPERSE® 2000 has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> NUOSPERSE® FN 211 by Elementis acts as a wetting agent and dispersing agent. It is APEO-free, non-ionic, low-VOC and has low odor. It improves the storage stability of the paint, including freeze/thaw. It is composed of a non-ionic surfactant with polyether segments and a hydrophobic backbone.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It optimizes color development, reduces flocculation and allows highest pigment loading.</li>
<li>NUOSPERSE® FN 211 is used in waterborne coating formulations and emulsion paints.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage is 0.2-1.0% on the total weight for emulsion paints and 15% on the total weight for pigment dispersions.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 3 years.</li></ul> NUOSPERSE® FX 605 by Elementis is sodium salt of a polymeric carboxylic acid-based low-foaming pigment dispersing agent for aqueous systems. It counter-acts pigment flocculation in weak acid, neutral and strongly alkaline mediums. It provides long-term stability of the paint, best opacity, and low odor. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li> It shows stability to hydrolysis and thus retains its activity even after extended storage of the coating system. </li>
<li>It is suitable to various pigment types and fillers in aqueous mediums, such as titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin and modified clays. </li>
<li> It possesses a deflocculating power and a stabilizing influence on the particles already milled and de-agglomerated. </li>
<li> It reduces the viscosity of the pigment paste and required demand of defoamer. </li>
<li> It is used for aqueous coatings, inks, no VOC paints and dispersion paint systems, e.g., systems based on acrylic-, polyvinyl acetate- and polymer dispersion types. </li>
<li> NUOSPERSE® FX 605 has a shelf life of 2 years. </li></ul> NUOSPERSE® FN 270 by Elementis is an APEO-, and labelling-free, universal nonionic pigment wetting and dispersing agent. It is available as nearly odorless, water-soluble, zero VOC, clear light yellow liquid. It is an effective replacement for nonylphenol-10eo.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits very low foam generation, freeze-thaw stability, improvement in paint storage stability.</li>
<li>It improves colorant acceptance and increases tinting strength.</li>
<li>It is suitable for low VOC waterborne decorative paints and coatings.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5% in coating formulations whereas 3-12% as a vehicle for pigment concentrates.</li>
<li>NUOSPERSE® FN 270 has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture.</li></ul> NUOSPERSE® FX 7500W by Elementis is a wetting and dispersing agent, with very low VOC and designed for water-borne coatings and inks. It offers efficient viscosity reduction in grinding mill base, and enhances color intensity of organic and inorganic pigments. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is designed with multiple solvation segments and multiple pigment adsorption groups.</li>
<li>It provides good stability for various kind of pigments.</li>
<li>It deflocculates particles and prevents re-flocculation through steric hindrance.</li>
<li>It is suitable for general pigment concentrates, architecture coatings, automobile coatings, wood and furniture coatings, printing inks, can coatings, coil coatings, leather finishes and protective coatings. </li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 30-100% for carbon black, 20-60% for organic pigment and 5-30% for inorganic pigment.</li>
<li>NUOSPERSE® FX 7500W has a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. </li></ul> NUOSPERSE® FX 610 by Elementis is a VOC-free, multi-functional pigment dispersing agent. It provides enhanced pigment wetting. It is compatible with a wide variety of binders, making it suitable for both decorative and industrial applications. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It adsorbs onto inorganic pigments like titanium dioxide and iron oxides (yellow, red, or black), as well as organic pigments such as fast red, quinacridone magenta, phthalo blue, and phthalo green.</li>
<li>Additionally, it is highly effective with carbon black and extenders.</li>
<li>The strong pigment interaction and unique polymer structure optimize pigment stabilization in aqueous systems.</li>
<li>It is particularly well-suited for waterborne alkyd formulations and can be used in pigment concentrates for tinting paints, leather finishes, textiles, inks, and other similar coating systems.</li>
<li>Typical use level is 0.5-2.0% for use as a pigment dispersant in paint and 0.5-3% in printing ink.</li>
