VORANOL™ 800 by Dow is Aliphatic amine initiated polyol. Designed for blending with other polyols. Offers low viscosity. VORANOL™ 800 provides autocatalytic activity, reducing catalyst requirements and improving flow, compressive strength, and K- Factor when blended with other rigid polyols. VORANOL™ 220-530 by Dow is an amine-initiated polyether polyol. Offers fast curing properties and reduced catalyst loading. Compatible with polybutadiene based polyols. Used as a crosslinker for two-component coatings. VORANOL™ RN 490 by Dow is a medium functional polyether polyol. Used in coating applications. VORANOL™ 2000LM by Dow is a diol. It is used in the manufacture of prepolymers for coatings that require superior dynamic and mechanical properties. VORANOL™ 223-060LM by Dow is a diol based on propylene and ethylene oxide. It has a high amount of primary hydroxyl content and a low amount of monol. Polyether triol. Possesses medium reactivity. Used for the preparation of tri-functional prepolymers with superior cure characteristics (one-package (moisture cure) or a two-package (catalyzed systems). Suitable for wire and cable coatings. Polyether diol. Possesses medium to low reactivity. Offers high equivalent weight and linearity. Produces very flexible elastomers. Can be incorporated in a semi-rigid formulation to increase strength. Polyether triol. It is non-neutralized. Offers enhanced prepolymer stability, consistent processing and mechanical properties to the end product. Also allows for the adjustment of curing time. Used in the manufacture of prepolymers. Neutralized, propylene glycol initiated diol. Can be easily blended with other polyols and additives. Propylene glycol initiated diol. Possesses medium reactivity. Used in the preparation of prepolymers and as a flexibilizing chain extender in soft elastomers.
