ACRYSOL™ RM-6000

ACRYSOL™ RM-6000 by Dow is an APEO-, BSE- and GMO-free non-ionic hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier. It is based on a new solvent-free technology with improved binder reactivity and enhances gloss. It provides a rheology profile to achieve an excellent flow/sag balance. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>The effectivity in both the medium shear and high shear range results into good flow and levelling, high film build while maintaining good sag resistance. </li> <li>It offers excellent spatter resistance, water=, alkali resistance, exterior durability, excellent gloss potential and a good flow/sag balance. </li> <li>It is easy to handle and can be used over a wide range of pH. </li> <li>Ideal for low-odor and low-VOC formulations. </li> <li>ACRYSOL™ RM-6000 is used in interior and exterior paints, high gloss paints, water-based architectural- and industrial coatings, exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS) and water-based industrial baking enamels. </li></ul>

ACRYSOL™ RM-3000

ACRYSOL™ RM-3000 by Dow is a non-ionic hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier. It offers a shear rate profile that is highly Newtonian, which makes it very useful for building high-shear (ICI) viscosity and obtaining excellent flow and leveling. It can be used as a co-thickener in many types of formulations for attaining a desired balance of low and high shear viscosities. It can be used to build viscosity in the low, medium, and high-shear range as an alternative to cellulosic thickeners.
