AgiSyn™ 2884 by Covestro is pentaerythritol triacrylate with a pendant hydroxyl group. Is a low volatile, fast curing monomer for use in free radical polymerization. It possesses good hardness, weatherability, heat, chemical, water and abrasion resistance. AgiSyn™ 2884 is recommended for glass, optical, metal, PVC floor coatings, wood, paper coatings and inks. It offers high reactivity and good adhesion properties. AgiSyn™ 2020 by Covestro is epoxidized soybean oil di-acrylate resin. It possesses good pigment-wetting, good flow and levelling characteristics. It is designed specifically for applications involving cure by radiation-ultraviolet or electron beam. AgiSyn™ 2020 is used in printing inks, overprinting varnishes for metal, paper and plastics, wood coatings, silk screen as well as offset coatings. AgiSyn™ 2815 by Covestro is a low viscosity tripropylene glycol diacrylate monomer. Provides good flexibility, low volatility, good adhesion, weatherability and impact strength. Exhibits hardness, water, abrasion and chemical resistance. AgiSyn™ 2815 is used in glass, optical, metal, PVC floor coatings, wood and paper. Other applications include textile release coatings, litho, offset and screen inks. AgiSyn™ 248 by Covestro is a low viscosity, UV-curable, low gloss urethane acrylate resin having silk-feel effect and typical odor. It is designed for flexographic and screen overprint varnishes. It exhibits good chemical and abrasion resistance, broad formulation latitude and fast cure response. It is easy to process and offers long-term performance. AgiSyn™ 248 has a shelf life of 365 days and consists of 45% renewable materials. AgiSyn™ 3050 by Covestro is a modified Bisphenol A epoxy acrylate for energy curable systems. It has good lithographic properties, pigment wetting, reactivity and solvent resistance. AgiSyn™ 3050 provides low misting and is used in overprint varnishes, printing inks & wood coatings. AgiSyn™ 3020-A80 by Covestro is a modified bisphenol A epoxy acrylate for energy curable systems. It possesses good flexibility, low shrinkage as well as good adhesion on plastics and papers. It combines superior properties, low toxicity and fast cure. It is designed specifically for applications involving cure by radiation ultraviolet or electron beam. It is used in plastics coatings, silkscreen OPV, printing inks, overprinting varnishes for metal, paper and plastics, wood coatings as well as offset coatings. AgiSyn™ 3020-A80 has a shelf life of 12 months. AgiSyn™ 008 by Covestro is reactive amine additive grade. It combines with other photo-initiators to increase the curing speed of UV coatings. It offers high reactivity and good adhesion properties. AgiSyn™ 008 is recommended for paper coatings. AgiSyn™ 2896 by Covestro is a low volatility monofunctional, aliphatic lauryl acrylate grade. It offers good adhesion and low surface tension. It exhibits flexibility, hardness, chemical and water resistance. It also provides low shrinkage, abrasion resistance and impact strength. It is designed for wood, paper, PVC floor, glass, optical and metal coatings. AgiSyn™ 2896 is also recommended for photo-resists electronics, flexo, gravure and screen inks. AgiSyn™ 703 by Covestro is an amine modified polyether acrylate. It shows great versatility in a wide range of formulations. AgiSyn™ 703 can be used as a lower viscosity, high reactivity alternate to epoxy acrylate oligomers in UV/EB varnishes for paper, board and wood. AgiSyn™ 230T1 by Covestro is an aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer. It exhibits low color, good flexibility and good adhesion. It provides excellent impact resistance, good outdoor resistance and good water resistance. AgiSyn™ 230T1 is recommended for metal coatings, overprint varnishes, plastics coatings and wood coatings. It has a shelf life of 360 days.
