Dispersogen® PTS

Dispersogen® PTS by Clariant is a preservative- and APEO-free, non-ionic surfactant-based dispersing and wetting agent. It allows the production of stable, free flowing pigment preparations with low VOC content and low odor. It can improve the color acceptance and compatibility with organic pigments and the stability of paint formulation. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used for aqueous organic pigment dispersions, carbon blacks, preparations, paints and coatings. </li> <li>Recommended for use in point-of-sales colorants and concentrates for in-plant tinting. </li> <li>The general dosage recommendation is 5-40% on organic pigments.</li> <li>Dispersogen® PTS has a shelf life of 730 days.</li></ul>

Dispersogen® 2774

Dispersogen® 2774 by Clariant is a non-ionic, preservative-free wetting and dispersing agent. It is a condensation product based on alkylphenol formaldehyde and ethylenoxide. It has high pigment concentration, low viscosity and high stability of the preparation in a wide temperature range and low foaming characteristics. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>This low-VOC product is suitable for aqueous pigment preparations and printing inks. </li> <li>Recommended for use in concentrates for in-plant tinting. </li> <li>The recommended dosage is 4-25% on the organic pigments and carbon blacks. </li> <li>The shelf life of Dispersogen® 2774 is 730 days.</li></ul>

Dispersogen® Flex 100

Dispersogen® Flex 100 by Clariant is a low-VOC, label-free, universal dispersing and wetting agent with pigment-affine groups. It is suitable for organic and inorganic pigments including carbon blacks and titanium dioxide.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be used for all types of waterborne paint systems, industrial coatings, pigment preparation and solvent-borne systems.</li> <li>It contains less than 1.0% VOCs and 0.1% SVOCs (ISO 11890-2).</li> <li>It is an easy to handle, multifunctional, APEO- and solvent-free grade.</li> <li>The recommended usage level is 4-8% in organic pigments, 4-6% in inorganic pigments and 6-8% in carbon black.</li> <li>Dispersogen® Flex 100 has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul>
