Emulsogen® EPA 073

Emulsogen® EPA 073 by Clariant is an anionic emulsifier, surfactant, wetting- and dispersing agent. It offers production of polymer dispersions with controlled particle size and very low grit levels at high solid contents. It is a low-VOC, APEO-free and readily biodegradable additive.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It produces stable, low foaming emulsions of organic solvents, hydrocarbons, oils and waxes in water.</li> <li> It is used for emulsion polymerization of monomers like styrene, acrylic acid esters, methacrylic acid esters and vinyl acetate.</li> <li> It is suitable for inorganic & organic pigments in preparations at high pigment loads, low viscosity, high temperature stability & shelf life.</li> <li> It has the recommended dosage of 0.5-5.0% based on monomers, 15-80% based on the pigments and 1-20g/l in the emulsion.</li> <li> It has the shelf life of 730 days.</li> <li> Emulsogen® EPA 073 is FDA approved and complies with REACH, AICS, DSL, ENCS, IECSCS, KECI, NECI, NZIoC, PICCS and TSCA.</li> </ul>

Dispersogen® LFH

Dispersogen® LFH by Clariant is an APEO-free, low-VOC, anionic, surfactant-based dispersing agent. It is preservative free and displays low foaming, high pigment concentration, low viscosity of the preparation and high stability of the preparation in a wide temperature range.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is designed for water-based pigment preparations and suitable for carbon blacks.</li> <li> It is recommended for use in point-of-sales colorants and concentrates for in-plant tinting, in combination with a non-ionic dispersing agent.</li> <li> It has the recommended dosage of 4-20% on organic pigments and 1-6% on inorganic pigments.</li> <li> It is Ecolabel, REACH, AICS, DSL, ENCS, IECSCS, KECI, NECI, NZIoC, PICCS and TSCA compliant.</li> <li> Dispersogen® LFH has a shelf life of 2 years. </li> </ul>

Dispersogen® PCE

Dispersogen® PCE by Clariant is a polymeric dispersing- & wetting agent. It has carboxylic acid groups on the principal polymer chain and polyethylene glycol ether side chains. It is preservative-free, hazard-label free, low-VOC & APEO-free.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is designed for waterborne emulsion-, silicate-, silicon emulsion- & polyurethane paints and recommended for in-plant tinting systems.</li> <li> It is suitable for inorganic pigments like titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, talcum, china clay, iron oxide pigments, gypsum and cement.</li> <li> It has the recommended dosage of 0.5-1.5% on pigments, 5-25% pigment pastes & preparations and 5-20% on transparent pigments.</li> <li> Dispersogen® PCE has the shelf life of 730 days.</li> <li> It is Ecolabel, REACH, AICS, DSL, ENCS, IECSCS, NECI and TSCA compliant</li> </ul>
