Dispersogen® PTS by Clariant is a preservative- and APEO-free, non-ionic surfactant-based dispersing and wetting agent. It allows the production of stable, free flowing pigment preparations with low VOC content and low odor. It can improve the color acceptance and compatibility with organic pigments and the stability of paint formulation. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used for aqueous organic pigment dispersions, carbon blacks, preparations, paints and coatings. </li>
<li>Recommended for use in point-of-sales colorants and concentrates for in-plant tinting. </li>
<li>The general dosage recommendation is 5-40% on organic pigments.</li>
<li>Dispersogen® PTS has a shelf life of 730 days.</li></ul> Dispersogen® 2774 by Clariant is a non-ionic, preservative-free wetting and dispersing agent. It is a condensation product based on alkylphenol formaldehyde and ethylenoxide. It has high pigment concentration, low viscosity and high stability of the preparation in a wide temperature range and low foaming characteristics. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>This low-VOC product is suitable for aqueous pigment preparations and printing inks. </li>
<li>Recommended for use in concentrates for in-plant tinting. </li>
<li>The recommended dosage is 4-25% on the organic pigments and carbon blacks. </li>
<li>The shelf life of Dispersogen® 2774 is 730 days.</li></ul> Dispersogen® PLF 100 by Clariant is a low-VOC, APEO/NPEO-free, solvent-free, polymeric dispersing and wetting agent for waterborne pigment concentrates and industrial coatings. It leads to good viscosity reduction, low foaming during pigment paste fabrication, excellent color strengths and storage stabilities. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It displays low leaching and reduced blocking. </li>
<li>This biocide-free product is compatible with acrylic binder and PU. </li>
<li>The recommended dosage for organic pigment is 8-30 wt%, carbon black is 20-70 wt% and inorganic pigment is 5-8 wt%. </li>
<li>The shelf life of Dispersogen® PLF 100 is 2 years.</li>
<li>It complies with criteria of the European Ecoflower, the German Blue Angel and the Scandinavian Nordic Swan.</li></ul> Dispersogen® Flex 100 by Clariant is a low-VOC, label-free, universal dispersing and wetting agent with pigment-affine groups. It is suitable for organic and inorganic pigments including carbon blacks and titanium dioxide.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be used for all types of waterborne paint systems, industrial coatings, pigment preparation and solvent-borne systems.</li>
<li>It contains less than 1.0% VOCs and 0.1% SVOCs (ISO 11890-2).</li>
<li>It is an easy to handle, multifunctional, APEO- and solvent-free grade.</li>
<li>The recommended usage level is 4-8% in organic pigments, 4-6% in inorganic pigments and 6-8% in carbon black.</li>
<li>Dispersogen® Flex 100 has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> Dispersogen® PL 30 by Clariant is a nonionic, low VOC polymeric dispersing agent for water-based pigment preparations, suitable for organic pigments and specialty carbon blacks. It also acts as wetting agent and compatibilizer in waterborne high PVC paints as well as in waterborne and solvent-borne low PVC lacquers.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is free from hazard labels, preservatives and alkylphenol ethoxylates.</li>
<li>It exhibits high pigment concentration and low foaming characteristics.</li>
<li>Dispersogen® PL 30 is used in decorative paints and recommended for use in concentrates for in-plant tinting. </li>

It is preservative free and displays low foaming, high pigment concentration, low viscosity of the preparation and high stability of the preparation in a wide temperature range.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is designed for water-based pigment preparations and suitable for carbon blacks.</li> <li> It is recommended for use in point-of-sales colorants and concentrates for in-plant tinting, in combination with a non-ionic dispersing agent.</li> <li> It has the recommended dosage of 4-20% on organic pigments and 1-6% on inorganic pigments.</li> <li> It is Ecolabel, REACH, AICS, DSL, ENCS, IECSCS, KECI, NECI, NZIoC, PICCS and TSCA compliant.</li> <li> Dispersogen® LFH has a shelf life of 2 years. </li> </ul> Dispersogen® SP Plus by Clariant acts as an anionic dispersing agent and stabilizer. It is a low viscous, VOC/SVOC-, APEO-, Hazard-label- and preservative-free. It achieves good leveling and surface performance. It improves the viscosity profile of the formulation and thereby helps to achieve application properties comparable to those of dispersion paints.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It has the recommended dosage of 0.3-0.5% in the paint formulation.</li> <li> It lowers the yield point of the paint formulation and thereby contributes to a more fluid paint appearance.</li> <li> It is designed for organosilicate paints which contain up to 10% water glass (28% active potassium silicate).</li> <li> It is suitable for solvent-borne and waterborne decorative paints.</li> <li> Dispersogen® SP Plus is an ideal ingredient for biocide-free paints.</li> <li> It has a shelf life of 2 years. It is Ecolabel certified.</li> </ul> Dispersogen® AN 100 by Clariant is a surfactant-based dispersing agent, wetting agent, humectant and compatibilizer. It is free of preservative, alkyl phenol & alkyl phenol derivatives and contains very low content of volatile organic components.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It enables highest tinting yields and reduces rubout.</li> <li> It reduces the drying/extends the open time and improves the compatibility of aqueous tinting systems for solvent and waterborne coatings.</li> <li> It is suitable for carbon blacks and water-based & solvent-based pigment preparations.</li> <li> It is designed for universal point-of-sales colorants and concentrates for in-plant tinting.</li> <li> Recommended dosage is 10-30% on inorganic pigments and 40-100% on organic pigments.</li> <li> Dispersogen® AN 100 has a shelf life of 730 days.</li> </ul> Dispersogen® PL 40 by Clariant acts as anionic dispersing agent.
