Optislip™ EBSV (Powder) (Formerly Crodamide™ EBSV (Powder)) by Cargill is a bio-based, secondary bis-amide based anti-blocking additive in polyolefins. Acts as a processing aid and exhibits good dispersion and mold release action in nylon.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is an external lubricant for PVC and is suitable for styrenics and rubber.</li> <li>It can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase.</li> <li>It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer.</li> <li>It reduces coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion.</li> <li>Recommended to use in inks.</li> <li>The usage level is 500-2000 ppm in films and 0.2-1.0 % in molding applications.</li> <li>Optislip™ EBSV (Powder) has a shelf life of 365 days.</li></ul>
