Borchi® OXY-Coat

Borchi® OXY-Coat by Borchers (Milliken) is a high concentration, low-VOC, cobalt-free drier and metal-based catalyst. It improves drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers in water- and solvent-based systems. It is suitable for high solids, composites and can be applied in multiple coats. It is based on a unique, patented and highly active iron complex.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers improved adhesion in direct to metal applications.</li> <li>It extends the coatings season window by providing consistent curing performance in all weather conditions (hot or cold, dry or humid) for short, medium and long oil alkyd systems.</li> <li>It provides improved stain- and chemical resistance and lower gardner color numbers and can prevent wrinkles at higher film builds.</li> <li>It can be used in coatings for adverse weather conditions.</li> <li>It is recommended for all solvent-based coatings containing binders or resins that dry by oxidation including vegetable oils, epoxy esters and polybutadiene.</li> <li>Applications include wood flooring, architectural-, protective and marine coating.</li> <li>It is APEO-free, REACH and Proposition 65 compliant.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level of Borchi® OXY-Coat is 0.5-3%.</li></ul>

Borchi® OXY-Coat 1101 by Borchers (Milliken) is a VOC- and cobalt-free curing agent and metal-based catalyst ideal for water-based alkyd coatings. It can improve drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active iron complex. It is suitable for all coatings with binders that dry by oxidation.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides brighter whites and lower yellow tones.</li> <li>It offers improved adhesion in direct-to-metal applications.</li> <li>It can be used in coatings for adverse weather conditions.</li> <li>Applications include wood-, industrial-, and architectural coatings, as well as printing inks.</li> <li>Borchi® OXY-Coat 1101 is APEO-free and complies with Proposition 65, REACH, environmental labels "Blue Angel" (RAL-UZ 12a) and "EU Ecolabel"(Regulation (EC) No. 66/2010, Commission Decision 2014/312/EU).</li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 0.25-2%.</li></ul>

Borchi® Gol 0011

Borchi® Gol 0011 by Borchers (Milliken) is a 100% active, modified polysiloxane flow and air release agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings systems. It can reduce pigment floating and provides barrier properties to the cured film.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for high-build systems and can be used in combination with Borchi® Gol E2 in epoxies for enhanced flow and deaeration.</li> <li>It improves the surface properties of coatings and destroys air bubbles formed in the film during application.</li> <li>Borchi® Gol 0011 can be used in conjunction with suitable moisture scavengers to reduce the formation of carbon dioxide bubbles in polyurethane coatings.</li> <li>It is effective with all types of coating application methods.</li> <li>It is recommended for industrial flooring-, pipe- & storage tank coatings.</li> <li>The dosage is 0.5-3.0% of the total weight of the formulation depending upon the binder system and which property is being addressed.</li></ul>
