Borchi® Gol 0011 by Borchers (Milliken) is a 100% active, modified polysiloxane flow and air release agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings systems. It can reduce pigment floating and provides barrier properties to the cured film.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for high-build systems and can be used in combination with Borchi® Gol E2 in epoxies for enhanced flow and deaeration.</li>
<li>It improves the surface properties of coatings and destroys air bubbles formed in the film during application.</li>
<li>Borchi® Gol 0011 can be used in conjunction with suitable moisture scavengers to reduce the formation of carbon dioxide bubbles in polyurethane coatings.</li>
<li>It is effective with all types of coating application methods.</li>
<li>It is recommended for industrial flooring-, pipe- & storage tank coatings.</li>
<li>The dosage is 0.5-3.0% of the total weight of the formulation depending upon the binder system and which property is being addressed.</li></ul> Borchi® Nox 614 by Borchers (Milliken) is a phenolic antioxidant. It also acts as an anti-skinning agent and flow promoter. It is a 40% solution of a phenolic modified resin in xylene and methoxy propanol. It is suitable for air-drying and stove-drying systems, colorless as well as pigmented coatings based on air-drying oils and alkyd resins. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It promotes through-drying, enhances the gloss and has anti-wrinkle properties. </li>
<li>Borchi® Nox 614 is fully compatible with solvent-, oil-based and high-solids paints. </li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 2-4% by weight.</li></ul> Borchi® Nox M 2 by Borchers (Milliken) is a synthetic organic anti-skinning agent for binders containing oil. It delays the onset of drying of clear lacquers without affecting through-drying. It prolongs the open time of the film, thereby preventing flow problems and blistering.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It does not cause yellowing or discoloration and exhibits no undesirable reactivity in finished paint systems.</li>
<li>It is recommended for use in air and stove-drying lacquers, pigmented paints based on drying oils, epoxy resins, alkyd resins and other refined drying oils.</li>
<li>The dosage level of Borchi® Nox M 2 is 30% for pigmented paints.</li></ul> Borchi® Gol E2 by Borchers (Milliken) is a silicone-free, flow promoter and air release agent. It helps to eliminate flow defects and craters caused by air entrapment in thick film.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is recommended for solvent-based and solvent-free paint systems.</li>
<li>The efficacy is dependent upon binder type, mixing conditions and application method used.</li>
<li>It is designed for use in single and multi-component paints.</li>
<li>The dosage level of Borchi® Gol E2 is 0.5-2.0% of the total weight of the formulation depending upon the binder system and which property is being addressed.</li></ul> Borchi® OXY-Coat 1410 by Borchers (Milliken) is a high-performance cobalt-free drier and catalyst with high concentration and low VOC. It is suitable for high solids alkyd-based coatings. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active, organometallic iron complex.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits improved drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers.</li>
<li>It has the ability to be used in adverse conditions.</li>
<li>It is used in all solvent-based coatings containing binders or resins that dry by oxidation including alkyds, vegetable oils, epoxy esters and polybutadiene.</li>
<li>Borchi® OXY-Coat 1410 is ideal for use in wood, industrial and architectural coatings as well as in printing inks.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.05-3%.</li></ul> Borchi® Gol LA 50 by Borchers (Milliken) is a substrate wetting, flow and leveling agent. It is polyether-modified polysiloxane designed for water- and solvent-based coating applications.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It lowers the surface tension of a wide range of formulated systems and inhibits the formation of surface defects in non-polar surfaces.</li>
<li>It is suitable for use with Borchi® Gol LA 2 for better slip.</li>
<li>It is also used in UV-cured general industrial, decorative and wood coatings.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level of Borchi® Gol LA 50 is 0.05-0.30% based on the total formulation.</li></ul> Borchi® OXY-Coat by Borchers (Milliken) is a high concentration, low-VOC, cobalt-free drier and metal-based catalyst. It improves drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers in water- and solvent-based systems. It is suitable for high solids, composites and can be applied in multiple coats. It is based on a unique, patented and highly active iron complex.<br>

It is a 100% active polyether-modified methyl polysiloxane. It brings about a clear increase in the surface smoothness of paint films.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It prevents crater formation and largely prevents bleeding in hammer finishes.</li>
<li>It is suitable for water-based, solvent-containing and solvent-free coating systems.</li>
<li>Borchi® Gol LAC 80 shows broad compatibility.</li>

<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.10% relative to the binder.</li></ul> Borchi® Gol 1473 by Borchers (Milliken) is a VOC- & solvent-free flow and leveling agent. It is a 100% active polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended for topcoats that are cured at room temperature and below 150°C. It is suitable for solvent- and water-based systems, as well as solvent-free systems.<br>
