Borchi® OXY-Coat by Borchers (Milliken) is a high concentration, low-VOC, cobalt-free drier and metal-based catalyst. It improves drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers in water- and solvent-based systems. It is suitable for high solids, composites and can be applied in multiple coats. It is based on a unique, patented and highly active iron complex.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers improved adhesion in direct to metal applications.</li>
<li>It extends the coatings season window by providing consistent curing performance in all weather conditions (hot or cold, dry or humid) for short, medium and long oil alkyd systems.</li>
<li>It provides improved stain- and chemical resistance and lower gardner color numbers and can prevent wrinkles at higher film builds.</li>
<li>It can be used in coatings for adverse weather conditions.</li>
<li>It is recommended for all solvent-based coatings containing binders or resins that dry by oxidation including vegetable oils, epoxy esters and polybutadiene.</li>
<li>Applications include wood flooring, architectural-, protective and marine coating.</li>
<li>It is APEO-free, REACH and Proposition 65 compliant.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level of Borchi® OXY-Coat is 0.5-3%.</li></ul> Borchi® OXY-Coat 1101 by Borchers (Milliken) is a VOC- and cobalt-free curing agent and metal-based catalyst ideal for water-based alkyd coatings. It can improve drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active iron complex. It is suitable for all coatings with binders that dry by oxidation.<br>

<li>It offers improved adhesion in direct-to-metal applications.</li>
<li>It can be used in coatings for adverse weather conditions.</li>
<li>Applications include wood-, industrial-, and architectural coatings, as well as printing inks.</li>
<li>Borchi® OXY-Coat 1101 is APEO-free and complies with Proposition 65, REACH, environmental labels "Blue Angel" (RAL-UZ 12a) and "EU Ecolabel"(Regulation (EC) No. 66/2010, Commission Decision 2014/312/EU).</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.25-2%.</li></ul> Borchi® Gol 0011 by Borchers (Milliken) is a 100% active, modified polysiloxane flow and air release agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings systems. It can reduce pigment floating and provides barrier properties to the cured film.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for high-build systems and can be used in combination with Borchi® Gol E2 in epoxies for enhanced flow and deaeration.</li>
<li>It improves the surface properties of coatings and destroys air bubbles formed in the film during application.</li>
<li>Borchi® Gol 0011 can be used in conjunction with suitable moisture scavengers to reduce the formation of carbon dioxide bubbles in polyurethane coatings.</li>
<li>It is effective with all types of coating application methods.</li>
<li>It is recommended for industrial flooring-, pipe- & storage tank coatings.</li>
<li>The dosage is 0.5-3.0% of the total weight of the formulation depending upon the binder system and which property is being addressed.</li></ul> Borchi® Gol 1473 by Borchers (Milliken) is a VOC- & solvent-free flow and leveling agent. It is a 100% active polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended for topcoats that are cured at room temperature and below 150°C. It is suitable for solvent- and water-based systems, as well as solvent-free systems.<br>

<li>It has the ability to be used in adverse conditions.</li>

<li>It complies with EU-REACH, ECL, EINECS, TSCA and NECI.</li></ul> Borchi® Kat 315 EU by Borchers (Milliken) is a highly reactive, tin-free catalyst. It accelerates solvent-based or solvent-free one- and two-component polyurethane systems and stoving enamels based on blocked isocyanates. It ensures fast blocking stability.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is good replacement for other polyurethane catalysts, especially for amines and tin-based products like DBTL.</li>
<li>It provides earlier solvent resistance and increased film hardness and allows earlier sanding of the applied coating.</li>
<li>It is designed for automotive refinish, RTV silicones, general industrial and coil coatings.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level of the product is 0.01 and 0.03% calculated on solid binder.</li></ul> Borchi® Gol OL 17 LC by Borchers (Milliken) is a VOC- and solvent-free flow and leveling agent for solvent- and water-based coatings. It is a 100% active polyether-modified polysiloxane.<br>

<li>Borchi® Gol OL 17 LC is recommended at a dosage level of 0.05-0.50%.</li></ul> Borchi® Nox C3 by Borchers (Milliken) is an anti-skinning agent specially designed for printing inks. It enhances the gloss and flow properties of air-drying systems. It is readily soluble and easy to incorporate. It does not cause any discoloration or affect the drying time.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It does not give rise to undesirable secondary phenomena during the drying process.</li>
<li>It is recommended for use in paints based on raw linseed oil, wood oil, maleic and alkyd resins and other comparable binders.</li>
<li>The dosage level of Borchi® Nox C3 is 0.1-0.4%, relative to the total formulation.</li></ul> Borchi® OXY-Coat 1510 by Borchers (Milliken) is a high-performance cobalt-free drier and metal-based catalyst. It demonstrates excellent drying performance and other added benefits. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active iron complex.<br>

<li>Borchi® OXY-Coat 1510 is used in all water-based coatings containing binders or resins that dry by oxidation including alkyds, vegetable oils, epoxy esters and polybutadiene.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 1-10%.</li></ul> Borchi® Kat 315 by Borchers (Milliken) is a highly reactive, tin-free catalyst. It accelerates the chemical reaction between the polyol and isocyanate component of polyurethane foam systems.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is an ideal replacement for other polyurethane catalysts, especially for amines and tin-based products like DBTL.</li>
