ASP® 602 by BASF is a premium brightness spray dried kaolin. It has fine particle size, standard brightness and low residue. It helps to provide excellent dispersion and physical properties when compounded into a wide variety of polymeric systems. ASP® 602 is used in solvent-borne gravure inks, waterborne semi-gloss- and industrial textile coatings. ASP® G92 by BASF is a hydrous pulverized and spray dried kaolin, used as a filler. It provides high gloss development without negatively impacting binder demand. It allows ease of dispersion, high Hegman grind and titanium dioxide extension in water-borne paints and coatings only. ASP® G92 is recommended for high-gloss and water-borne architectural and industrial paints and coatings. ASP® 102 by BASF is spray dried kaolin. Acts as a filler. ASP® 102is designed for use in water-borne semi-gloss coatings. ASP® 900 by BASF is a kaolin based filler. It is a hydrous pulverized and spray dried kaolin with standard brightness. ASP® 900 is recommended for water-borne textile coatings. ASP® 802 by BASF is a delaminated spray dried kaolin used as a filler. Its delaminated structure improves stain resistance and washability in paints. It also improves mud-crack resistance while reducing porosity. ASP® 802 provides synergistic properties when used in combination with calcined kaolin such as Satintone® W or Mattex®. Recommended for water-borne interior flat and eggshell coatings. ASP® G90 by BASF is a hydrous pulverized and spray dried kaolin. Acts as a filler. Possesses micro fine particles. Offers superior gloss and high brightness. ASP® G90 is recommended for architectural and industrial, water-borne and solvent-borne gloss and semi-gloss coatings. ASP® 400P by BASF is a standard brightness hydrous, pulverized kaolin filler. It has the coarsest particle size.<br>

It is a good extender when used in primers. It is used in coatings and solvent-borne inks. ASP® 600 is recommended for OEM primers and gravure inks. ASP® 170 by BASF is a premium brightness hydrous pulverized kaolin. It is suitable for solvent- and water-borne coatings as well as inks. ASP® 170 finds applications in gloss & semi-gloss coatings, industrial coil and appliance coatings.
