Proxel® BZ Plus by Arxada is an antibacterial/anti-fungal preservative. It is an aqueous dispersion of a blend of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and zinc 2-pyridine-thiol-1- oxide.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It offers effective control of a wide range of bacterial and fungal organisms at economic concentrations.</li> <li> It exhibits long-term storage stability.</li> <li> It provides ease of use due to its liquid form and very good compatibility in most aqueous systems.</li> <li> Proxel® BZ Plus is used in paints and stains.</li> </ul> Proxel® ULTRA 10 by Arxada is a solution of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one in water. Used in high performance polymer emulsions, photographic emulsions and clear varnishes and lacquers. Proxel® AQ by Arxada is a zero VOC, broad-spectrum biocide, stable under normal conditions of storage. It is incompatible with some oxidizing and reducing agents like persalts, sulfites. Proxel® AQ is used in a wide range of industrial aqueous paints, inks and paper coating compositions. Proxel® BZ by Arxada is an aqueous dispersion of 1-2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and zinc 2- pyridinethiol-1-oxide. Used for latex emulsions and paints. Proxel® BZ prevents growth of even high concentrations of fungal organisms. Proxel® BD20 by Arxada is an efficient microbiostat preservative. Offers effective control over a wide range of organisms at economic concentrations. Exhibits long-term storage stability and ease of use due to its liquid form and good compatibility in most aqueous compositions. Proxel® BD20 is used in paper coatings. Proxel® BN by Arxada is a solvent-free, zero VOC, broad-spectrum, in-can preservative. It protects against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. Proxel® BN is used in industrial water-based coatings. Proxel® 101 by Arxada is an in-can preservative. It is incompatible with alkalis as well as some oxidizing and reducing agents. Suitable for use in paints. Recommended dosage level of Proxel® 101 is 0.1-0.3%. Proxel® GXL by Arxada is a preservative used for industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts, and fungi. It has a non-specific mode of action which means that bacterial resistance is very unlikely to occur. <br>

<li> The concentration of Proxel® GXL required to adequately preserve a product depends on several factors which include susceptibility of the system to microbiological degradation, extent to which micro-organisms can gain access, species involved, pH, temperature, and length of time for which protection is required. </li>
<li> Proxel® GXL is suitable for use in synthetic polymer emulsions, emulsion paints, printing inks, paper coating compositions. </li>
<li> The recommended dosage is 0.05-0.15% w/w for the applications. </li> </ul> Proxel® HBC Preservative is a low viscosity, dual-active, broad spectrum in-can biocide by Arxada. It is free from formaldehyde and shows pH and temperature stability. Designed for wet-state preservation of water-based paints. Provides enhanced antimicrobial efficacy and protection from bacteria in a wide range of industrial applications. Offers powerful, extensive protection at target dose levels and avoid potential hazardous warning labels. Recommended at a concentration level of 0.05-0.2 %. Proxel® HBC Preservative meets the increasing market demand for methylisothiazolinone-free (MIT-free) biocide formulations. Proxel® LSR Preservative by Arxada is a formaldehyde-free, dual-active, broad spectrum in-can biocide. Designed for wet-state preservation of water-based paints. Exhibits low viscosity, pH and temperature stability. Provides enhanced antimicrobial efficacy and protection from bacteria in a wide range of industrial applications. Meets the increasing market demand for methylisothiazolinone-free (MIT-free) biocide formulations. Recommended at a concentration level of 0.1-0.4 %. Proxel® LSR Preservative offers powerful, extensive protection at target dose levels and avoid potential hazardous warning labels.
