EBECRYL® 578 by allnex is an inert resin diluted in trimethylolpropane ethoxylate triacrylate (TMPEOTA). It possesses medium viscosity, and is VOC-, chloride- and solvent-free. It is developed for ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) cured offset lithographic inks and coating.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides good adhesion to various substrate such as metallic and plastic materials.</li>
<li>It exhibits good pigment wetting and high reactivity and cure speed, and low color for clearcoat.</li>
<li>EBECRYL® 578 is used in other applications such as screen, gravure, flexo and overprint varnish.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> EBECRYL® 436 by allnex is a reactive chlorinated polyester resin diluted 40% with the reactive diluent trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA). It exhibits good lithographic behavior, pigment wetting properties and fast cure response in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. Cured films of EBECRYL® 436 display good adhesion to metals, plastics and paper. It is recommended for wet lithographic inks for paper, plastics and metals, overprint varnishes and post-formable inks. EBECRYL® 3701 by allnex is a VOC-, solvent- and tin-free, modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. It imparts flexibility and toughness to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) cured coatings and inks, while maintaining fast cure response and superior chemical resistance that are typical of standard epoxy acrylates.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides high gloss, and good abrasion and impact resistance.</li>
<li>Formulated UV/EB curable products containing EBECRYL® 3701 may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife-over-roll, air knife, curtain, immersion and spin coating methods.</li>
<li>It is recommended for clear coatings for paper, wood and rigid plastic, as well as lithographic, screen and flexographic ink vehicles.</li></ul> EBECRYL® 3703 by allnex is an amine-modified bisphenol A epoxy acrylate. Suitable for clear coatings for paper & plastics, topcoats for wood, and lithographic- & screen ink vehicles.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It shows an exceptionally fast cure via exposure to ultraviolet light.</li>
<li>UV/EB cured products based on EBECRYL® 3703 exhibit good flexibility, high gloss, good abrasion- & chemical resistance, and enhanced adhesion to plastics.</li>
<li>It may be applied by lithographic, screen, gravure, direct or reverse roll, and curtain coating methods.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> EBECRYL® IBOMA by allnex is a low viscosity, high purity, mono-functional isobornyl methacrylate monomer. It polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals and forms homopolymers & copolymers. It contains MeHQ (90-180 ppm) as stabilizer.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is compatible with a wide range of acrylated- and methacrylated resins.</li>
<li>It is used as a co-agent to improve hardness, flexibility, chemical- and weather resistance of coatings.</li>
<li>It is suitable for UV- and thermally cured applications like flexographic printing plates.</li>
<li>EBECRYL® IBOMA has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> EBECRYL® 600 by allnex is a low VOC diacrylate ester of bisphenol A epoxy resin. It provides light color and fast cure response.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Films cured via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) possesses high surface hardness and gloss and excellent chemical resistance.</li>
<li>It reduces energy consumption and exhibits low carbon foot print, good compatibility, low flammability and long potlife.</li>
<li>It is a radiation curable, solvent- and tin free grade.</li>
<li>EBECRYL® 600 is recommended for lithographic and screen inks, overprint varnishes and fast cure coatings.</li>
<li>It is also used in coatings for paper, paperboard, wood, chipboard and rigid plastics.</li></ul> EBECRYL® 4220 by allnex is an aliphatic urethane acrylate diluted 25% in tripropyleneglycol diacrylate (TPGDA). It produces tough coatings that resist yellowing. EBECRYL® 4220 is designed for use in the formulation of UV/EB energy curable coatings for application by roller coating, spraying and curtain coating on wood, cork, furniture, paper, parquet, plastics and film. EBECRYL® MPDDA by allnex is a high solids, low VOC, di-functional acrylated monomer which polymerizes when exposed to free radical sources. It is a good oligomer diluent that possesses very low viscosity and light color.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>UV/EB cured inks and coatings based on EBECRYL® MPDDA are characterized by improved elasticity (particularly to plastics), excellent weathering, good adhesion and water resistance, as desired.</li>
<li>It is bisphenol A-, formaldehyde-, tin-, and organotin-free grade.</li>
<li>It offers good cure response at low cross-link density.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> EBECRYL® 860 by allnex is an epoxidized soya oil acrylate. Exhibits good hydrophilic-lipophilic balance for lithography and good surface appearance. It improves the flow and leveling of UV or electron beam (EB) curable inks and coatings. It enhances pigment & substrate wetting and adhesion when used as a modifier. Recommended for overprint varnishes for paper, lithographic ink vehicles, metal decorating and protective coatings, screen ink vehicles and pigmented wood coatings. Formulated products containing EBECRYL® 860 may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain, immersion and spin coating methods, as well as flexographic, lithographic and screen printing. EBECRYL® 375 by allnex is tetramercapto derivative designed as adhesion promotor on metal. It is used in a concentration of 2-10 % in acrylated systems to improve adhesion and flexibility. It may be applied by lithographic, screen, gravure, direct or reverse roll, and curtain coating methods. EBECRYL® 375 is recommended for use in UV/EB cured solder resists and metal- & thick coatings. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
