It is a radiation curable, solvent- and tin free grade.

EBECRYL® 600 is recommended for lithographic and screen inks, overprint varnishes and fast cure coatings.

It is also used in coatings for paper, paperboard, wood, chipboard and rigid plastics.

EBECRYL® 860 by allnex is an epoxidized soya oil acrylate. Exhibits good hydrophilic-lipophilic balance for lithography and good surface appearance. It improves the flow and leveling of UV or electron beam (EB) curable inks and coatings. It enhances pigment & substrate wetting and adhesion when used as a modifier. Recommended for overprint varnishes for paper, lithographic ink vehicles, metal decorating and protective coatings, screen ink vehicles and pigmented wood coatings. Formulated products containing EBECRYL® 860 may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain, immersion and spin coating methods, as well as flexographic, lithographic and screen printing. EBECRYL® 3701 by allnex is a VOC-, solvent- and tin-free, modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. It imparts flexibility and toughness to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) cured coatings and inks, while maintaining fast cure response and superior chemical resistance that are typical of standard epoxy acrylates.

It provides high gloss, and good abrasion and impact resistance.

It is recommended for clear coatings for paper, wood and rigid plastic, as well as lithographic, screen and flexographic ink vehicles.

EBECRYL® 7100 by allnex is an acrylate-functional amine resin generally used as as a hydrogen donor or photo-activator. When used in formulations with a photoabstraction type photo-initiator (e.g. benzophenone), it has an accelerating effect on the UV cure speed. It is characterized by low viscosity, light color, improved stability and excellent pigment wetting. It offers lower residual odor, improved moisture resistance and high gloss. It also promotes adhesion to plastic substrates such as polyester, ABS, polycarbonate and polypropylene oxide. EBECRYL® 7100 is recommended for coatings for plastics, clear coatings for paper, overprint varnishes, screen ink vehicles, metal decorating inks, wood fillers and accelerating UV cure response. EBECRYL® 215 by allnex is an aromatic urethane diacrylate oligomer diluted with 20% of tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) monomer. Films cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electronbeam (EB) exhibit good flexibility, toughness, acceptable abrasion resistance, good adhesion to various substrates in combination with a good solvent resistance. It may be applied by lithographic, screen, gravure, direct or reverse roll and curtain coating methods. EBECRYL® 215 is recommended for coatings on rigid and flexible plastics, wood coatings, screen inks, low gloss coatings and conformal coatings. The shelf life of the grade is 2 years. EBECRYL® 3605 by allnex is a light color, partially acrylated ester of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin. It contains both acrylate and epoxy functionality. It may be cured by exposure to either ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) in conjunction with conventional epoxy curing. It may also be cured with UV radiation using a mixed photoinitiator system consisting of free radical and cationic photoinitiators. It is developed for applications requiring improved coating performance properties over those obtainable with conventional UV/EB curing alone. It is recommended for coatings and inks for metal substrates including aluminum. It is designed for applications requiring fast cure speed of an epoxy acrylate with improved flexibility and superior adhesion to rigid, non-porous substrates. EBECRYL® 3605 offers high gloss finish, surface hardness and good solvent resistance. Formulated products may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain, immersion and spin coating methods as well as offset and screen printing. It is suitable for dual (UV/thermal)- and two component- curing systems. EBECRYL® 375 by allnex is tetramercapto derivative designed as adhesion promotor on metal. It is used in a concentration of 2-10 % in acrylated systems to improve adhesion and flexibility. It may be applied by lithographic, screen, gravure, direct or reverse roll, and curtain coating methods. EBECRYL® 375 is recommended for use in UV/EB cured solder resists and metal- & thick coatings. The shelf life of this product is 2 years. EBECRYL® 350 by allnex is a silicone diacrylate that improves slip, substrate wetting, coating flow and leveling when used as an additive in formulations cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Cured films containing EBECRYL® 350 exhibit a smooth, tack-free surface, with good blocking resistance. Because of its acrylate functionality, the silicone cures into the polymeric backbone, thus eliminating the migration that free silicone often display in coatings. It is recommended for overprint varnishes, clear coatings on paper, plastics and metal and release coatings. The shelf life is 2 years. EBECRYL® 284 by allnex is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer diluted with 12% of 1,6 hexanediol diacrylate monomer. Films of this product cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB), exhibit excellent exterior durability, toughness, good flexibility as well as the non-yellowing properties typical of an aliphatic urethane. EBECRYL® 284 is recommended for use in coatings for plastic (like plasticized PVC), cork, metal, paper upgrading and pigmented coatings for wood and PVC floor covering.
