SURFADOL® 541 by ACME is a non-ionic dynamic wetting agent and molecular defoamer. It is silicone- & APEO-free and non-toxic grade. It provides unique combination of performance benefits such as surface tension reduction, foam control and viscosity stabilization. It can be used in many water-based applications due to its multi-functional properties. It offers quick migration, non-micelle forming properties and thermal & chemical stability over a broad range of conditions. It prevents surface defect problems such as fisheyes, crawling and cratering on low-energy substrates. Improves pigment grind efficiency and reduces water sensitivity & microfoam in spray-applied systems. It also lubricates, wets and prevents smut formation while eliminating hot spots in metalworking fluids. SURFADOL® 541 is recommended for use in printing inks, overprint varnishes, flexographic and inkjets. It is also used in automotive OEM & cathodic electrophoretic paints, industrial-, wood- & PTFE coatings and electroplating solutions. The suggested use level is 0.1-1.5% of total formulation weight. The shelf life of the grade is 48 months from the date of manufacture. It complies with REACH, FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300 and China GB 9685-2016. SURFADOL® TG by ACME Tech. is a non-toxic, silicone- & APEO-free wetting and dispersing agent. It is acetylenic diol-based non-ionic surfactant. Improves pigment grind efficiency & provides low dynamic surface tension, good foam control and ability to wet contaminated substrates. SURFADOL® TG is suitable for use in water-based printing inks, waterborne coatings and latex products. The suggested use level is 0.2-2.0% of total formulation weight. Its shelf life is 48 months from the date of manufacture. SURFADOL® 420 by ACME Tech. is a non-ionic, defoamer and low foam wetting agent. It is non-toxic, APEO-, silicone- and solvent-free grade. It reduces dynamic surface tension and improves wetting of low energy or contaminated surfaces. It enhances rapid penetration of absorbent substrates, increases hydrophilicity & solubility. It can be used in conjunction with conventional defoamers to obtain desired foam control while minimizing the fisheyes and pinholes. It prevents smut formation in metalworking fluids. SURFADOL® 420 is recommended for use in waterborne industrial-, internal can-, paper-, wood-, PTFE- & plastic coatings and automotive OEM paints. It is also suitable for use in photogravure inks, inkjets, fountain solutions, overprint varnishes and printing inks. The suggested use level is 0.2-2.0% of total formulation weight. SURFADOL® 336 by ACME is a non-toxic, silicone- & APEO-free dispersing and low foam wetting agent. It is acetylenic diol based nonionic surfactant. It is used as a co-dispersant and grind aid in resin system. It is particularly developed for water-based systems and organic pigment system. This grade is suitable for addition to the grind stage and also effective in clear systems. It has low equilibrium & dynamic surface tension and good foam control. SURFADOL® 336 has a shelf life of 48 months from the date of manufacture. The suggested use level of this grade is 1-6% by weight.
