Organo-tin compound. It acts as an accelerator and catalyst. Compatible with polyurethane and GMA functional acrylics. Used in powder coatings. Recommended usage level is 0.1-1% based on total formulation. Modified polyethylene wax. It acts as a debubbling- and degassing agent. Can be post-added or used in one shot. Suitable for all powder coatings. Recommended usage level is 0.5-2% based on total formulation. Silicone absorbed on a silica carrier. It acts as a texturing agent. Used for distinct rupture- and crater finishes in powder coating applications. Recommended usage level is 0.2-0.6% based on total formulation. Dry blending recommended. Modified polycarboxylic acid. It acts as a hardener. Provides the lowest gloss of 10%. Used for low gloss triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) powder coatings in exterior applications. Recommended usage level is 0.9-1.0 phr (per hundred resins) of total formulation based on TGIC in PES/TGIC. Pyromellitic dianhydride. It acts as a hardener for epoxy resins. Used in powder coatings. GMA (glycidyl methacrylate) acrylic resin. It acts as a matting agent. Offers lowest gloss levels. Applications include powder coatings. Recommended usage level is mixed ratio of 25-28/ 75 parts by weight for polyester formulations. Amide wax. It acts as a debubbling- and degassing agent. Can be post-added or used in one shot. Suitable for all powder coatings. Recommended usage level is 0.5-2% based on total formulation. It acts as a surfactant and texturing agent. Used for hammertone or antique finishes, extruded process. Recommended usage level is 0.1-0.4% based on total formulation. Micronized PTFE wax. It acts as a grained (sand) finish agent. Used in powder coatings. Recommended usage level is 0.7-1.5% based on total formulation. Non-micronized amide wax. It acts as a slip- and degassing agent. Suitable for all powder coatings.
