EasonZell™ HX-40K by Zhejiang Yisheng New Material is a hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC). It offers exceptional thickening properties, allowing for reduced dosage and enhanced cost-effectiveness in water-based formulations. It is a versatile, high-performance product synthesized through an etherification reaction involving alkaline cellulose and ethylene oxide or chloroethanol.
- Its pseudoplastic and thixotropic rheological characteristics ensure smooth application, minimized splattering, improved adhesion and self-leveling.
- It promotes pigment dispersion, emulsion stability, water retention, and provides anti-mold properties for extended storage life.
- EasonZell™ HX-40K is suitable for latex paints, exterior wall paints, and decorative coatings.
