WorléeDisperse VP 9100 P by Worlée acts as an oil-modified dispersing and levelling agent. It is dry blended with other powder coating compounds in a premixer and then homogenized in an extruder. It reduces the pinholing effect and prevents surface damages, thereby avoiding expensive double-extrusions. It is used in combination with a flow control agent like Resiflow PV 88. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0%. WorléeDisperse VP 9100 P is designed for epoxy, hybrid, polyester, acrylic and powder coating systems.
