Vinavil BIO 04V

Vinavil BIO 04V by Vinavil is a vinyl acetate–VEOVA copolymer water-based dispersion with 52% solid content. It is produced by partially replacing fossil-based raw materials with bio-based and circular feedstocks using the ISCC PLUS mass balance approach verified by an independent third party.

• It offers lower VOC and SVOC content compared to conventional vinyl-versatate copolymers.
• It is APEO-free, and free from formaldehyde, coalescing agents, and plasticizers.
• It provides high wet scrub resistance, low odour, good rheological behavior, low film sensitivity to water.
• It also shows good alkali resistance, and very good compatibility with fillers, pigments, and additives.
• It ensures versatility for water-based paints with medium and high PVC.
• It is recommended for the preparation of interior water-based paints and textured coatings.
• It is also designed for ecological paint formulations compliant with current regulations, ensuring high performance of wall paints.
• Vinavil BIO 04V has a shelf life of 6 months.
