Monicolor™ K XL by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a low-VOC, carbon black colorant with excellent lightfastness and weather resistance. It is based on alkyd resin and aromatic-free solvents. Monicolor™ K XL is specifically developed for the tinting of various types of long and medium oil architectural alkyd paints, for both interior and exterior applications. It is compatible with a wide range of decorative alkyd paints without sacrificing gloss and film hardness in the final paint mixture. It is used in wood coatings and non-aqueous architectural applications.
