Vulcabond™ MDX

Vulcabond™ MDX by Valtris Specialty Chemicals acts as a strong adhesion promoter between plastisols and synthetic fabrics. It is 25% solution of isocyanurate trimer in di-isononyl phthalate (DINP). It is a highly efficient bonding agent and offers the additional advantages of low volatility/low odor and good fogging properties. It offers minimal influence on initial plastisol viscosity and high bond strength. It is applicable for PVC laminates over polyamide or polyester. Vulcabond™ MDX has an additional dosage level of 3-4%.
