ETERNAJET® AQ12NJ

ETERNAJET® AQ12NJ by UBE is waterborne, non-reactive aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on ETERNACOLL® polycarbonate diols. Shows good printing behavior of stability, open times/film forming, flexibility, filterability and compatibility with standard additives. Provides excellent dry rubbing & good wet rubbing fastness and good washing fastness. Acts as a binder and is designed to formulate high-performing, digital, aqueous pigmented inks for textile printing with maximized durability over time. ETERNAJET® AQ12NJ is used as 10-25% of active content for final ink formulation. Resin/pigment ratio of 1.5 is maintained to maximize the fastness to rubbing. It has a shelf-life of 12 months when stored within 5-40 °C in the original containers.
