ETERNAJET® AQ11RJ

ETERNAJET® AQ11RJ by UBE is waterborne, reactive aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on ETERNACOLL® polycarbonate diols. Acts as a binder and is designed to formulate high-performing, digital, aqueous pigmented inks for textile printing with maximized durability over time. Contains blocked reactive groups that improve the adhesion to textile after their thermal reactivation (150°C, ~ 3 min), improving their mechanical performance and resistance. Shows excellent printing behavior of stability, open times/film forming, filterability, flexibility and compatibility with standard additives. Provides good dry/wet rubbing fastness and excellent washing fastness. ETERNAJET® AQ11RJ is used as 10-25% of active content for final ink formulation. Resin/pigment ratio of 1.5 is maintained to maximize the fastness to rubbing. It has a shelf-life of 12 months when stored within 5-40 °C in the original containers.
