ETERNACOLL® UH100

ETERNACOLL® UH100 by UBE is a solvent-free solid aliphatic polycarbonate diol. Polyurethanes produced from this grade are superior to those based on polyether diol as well as polyester diol and provides high chemical resistance, excellent hydrolytic stability, high thermal stability as well as high mechanical properties. Also provides higher gloss, enhanced hydrolysis resistance, improved scratch as well as abrasion resistance, better adhesion to metal even after weathering and better corrosion resistance by replacing the blend of a classical polyol by this polycarbonate diol in metal coatings. ETERNACOLL® UH100 is used for wood and leather coatings which further contributes to provide better stain resistance as well as enhanced performance for outdoors application, such as furniture. Also used for flooring, pavements applications.
