Troymax™ Perma Dry is a lead-free, cobalt-based drying agent by Troy Corporation. Used in solvent-based paints and lacquers and water-based lacquers. Offers compatibility with water reducible polymers, air-drying alkyd and acrylic, oil-modified polyurethane and unsaturated polyester. Use level of Troymax™ Perma Dry is 0.10-0.50%.
