LIGOS™ BH 7340 SCE

LIGOS™ BH 7340 SCE by Trinseo is a bio-hybrid compostable binder for use in recycled coated paper board products. It utilizes a proprietary method that introduces corn starch as a feedstock, and possesses biodegradable properties that meet international standards.

• When used in the right dosing levels and in the appropriate coating layers for the application, LIGOS™ BH 7340 SCE can replace a significant portion of the total synthetic latex binder for several paperboard end use requirements.
• It boasts performance properties comparable to synthetic binders, including excellent coater runnability, good cohesive coating strength, and glueability.
