Diofan® P 530

Diofan® P 530 by Syensqo is a one component, water-based dispersion of a polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) copolymer. It is free of solvent traces, alkylphenol ethoxylates, or any other toxic substances. It is an ideal binder for one-component, air-drying, waterborne formulated paints and coatings where long-lasting protection of the substrate is targeted. It provides excellent chemical resistance and flame-retardant properties. Offers low VOC, good moisture and oxygen barrier. It is designed to adhere to metal and to remain flexible when exposed to a broad range of end-use temperatures over time. Diofan® P 530 is suitable for corrosion-resistant & automotive primers, industrial-, underbody-, heavy duty steel protection, barrier-, sealing-, flame-retardant-, fibers-, and textile coatings. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
