CYLINK® DOM (Dioctyl Maleate) by Syensqo is a reactive crosslinking and plasticizing monomer that may be copolymerized with other monomers such as styrene, vinyl acetate, EVA, PVC, and acrylates providing elasticity and flexibility to the films. This internally plasticized copolymer films are not subject to embrittlement due to evaporation and are highly resistant to humidity and ultra-violet light. Used as a comonomer in emulsion polymerization for the production of soft polymers, latex for paints and paper coating applications.
