Iriodin® 6163 WAY

Iriodin® 6163 WAY by Susonity is a high-class chemical and UV-stabilized effect pigment. It is a blend of synthetic mica, silicone dioxide & aluminum oxide (85-91%), and titanium dioxide (8-12%), zinc oxide (0.5-2%) and tin oxide (0.5-2%). The WAY stabilization is based on an inorganic ceramic-like coating around the pigment and the natural photo activity of titanium dioxide-based effect pigment is reduced to a minimum. As a result, the polymer matrix is less effected and shows overall increased stability like no graying, no yellowing and less degradation at harsh environmental conditions. The WAY technology provides color stability and temperature-resistant stabilization for weather stability. Iriodin® 6163 WAY complies with FDA, CONEG, RoHS and REACH.
