Spectrasense™ Black K 0087 by Sun Chemical (DIC) is a perylene-based NIR organic pigment. This transparent black colorant is used with a reflective backing to achieve a cooler surface. Spectrasense™ Black K 0087 is designed for exterior coatings. It is suitable for heat management applications as replacement of carbon black.
