Aquaflexo™ Colorants

Aquaflexo™ Colorants by Soujanya are series of pigment dispersions suitable for use in water-based flexographic inks. These are free flowing and offer excellent color vibrancy. Possess stable rheology which leads to excellent dot size, high image quality and ink yield. These colorants are free from heavy metals and banned primary aromatic amines. Provide dust free environment, reduce energy consumption and is cost saving. They optimize ink production time and no further milling is required. These can easily be added into let down stage of ink manufacture under continuous agitation. Aquaflexo™ Colorants are compatible with all aqueous binders and mix easily into ink formulations. Recommended for varnishes, corrugated inks and narrow web labels.
