CHALINE® NS-651 by Shin-Etsu is an elastic, anionic silicone-acrylic copolymer emulsion. It has a starched like texture. Suitable for scratch resistant, noise reduction and film coatings. Exhibits good weather and heat resistance to the fabric and paper by forming a ?lm with low stickiness. CHALINE® NS-651 possesses the advantages of both, silicone's e?ectiveness in modifying tribological properties and acrylic's high mutual solubility.
