HPC-3010A by Resonac (formerly Showa Denko) is NMP-free, polyamide imide resin with low toxicity. It possesses high heat resistance and coating hardness. It can form the film having high insulation and solvent resistance. It can be diluted by adding organic solvent for solvent-based products. It can also be diluted by adding water or water-borne material for low VOC water-borne products. It is suitable for bar & spray coating methods. It is used in paint binders for sliding parts such as automotive compressors or engine pistons. HPC-3010A conforms to REACH regulations and is listed in US (TSCA), Japan (ENCS) and Taiwan.
