MARK DC 1040 by Raj Speciality Additives is an ester based, non-ionic wetting agent. It is suitable for industrial coating based on epoxy, PU and polyester. It is designed for solvent free and solvent based decorative coating. It restricts agglomerate formation hence better dispersion of titanium dioxide. Recommended usage level is 0.5-1.5% based on titanium dioxide, 3.0-5.0% inorganic pigment, 10-15% organic pigment and 15-20% carbon black.
