QUAKER COLOR™ SRF-B154-5106 Phthalo Blue (GS) by Quaker Color is a universal, solvent-based, resin free pigment dispersion based on P.B. 15:4. It has wide compatibility and can be used in many solventborne industrial applications.

  • Technology: QUAKER COLOR™ SRF-B154-5106 is resin-free, surfactant based in PM acetate and n-butyl acetate. Most solventborne pigment dispersions are based on an inert resin, SRF Dispersions are not. This results in better coating properties like hardness, chemical resistance, and durability.
  • Applications: It can be used in solventborne industrial coatings. It should be used where traditional acrylic or aldehyde resin-based systems have too big an impact on coating properties.
  • Compatibility: It can be used in systems containing short and long oil alkyds, alkyd modified urethanes, acrylics, CAB, 2K epoxy, 2K urethanes, styrenated alkyds, polyesters, nitrocellulose, and vinyl lacquers.
  • Typical addition levels are between 0.1 and 12% by weight.
