Zeocros® E110

Zeocros® E110 by PQ Corporation is a novel, synthetic, inorganic sodium aluminosilicate-based zeolite. It is used as a titanium dioxide extender in powder coatings. It retains opacity, color, mechanical- and aesthetic properties of the original formulation. Offers cost effectiveness, UV- and chemical stability. It shows compatibility with epoxy, hybrid and polyurethane systems. It is also used in thin coatings, as often required by the OEM market. Zeocros® E110 provides high purity & excellent whiteness and can replace up to 25% titanium dioxide in white and colored formulations. It also helps to reduce manufacturing time through reduction of the blending/extrusion processing time. It is registered with REACH, TSCA, AICS and DSL/NDSL.
