Celazole® PBI S26 Solution

Celazole® PBI S26 Solution by PBI Performance Products is a solution containing polybenzimidazole (PBI) polymer dissolved in dimethylacetamide (DMAc) in the presence of a lithium chloride stabilizer. It is easily thinned and can be used for membranes and films. It provides corrosion protection, electrical insulation, wear resistance and anti-galling properties.

• It shows adhesion to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, chromium, glass, ceramics and plastics.
• It offers high resistance to heat and chemical attack.
• Free standing films and microporous coatings are recommended for filtrations, gas separations, forward and reverse osmosis.
• Celazole® PBI S26 Solution is suitable for dip- and spray coatings.
