Einar® 544 by Palsgaard is an all-in-one fine-sprayed GMS, GTS and zinc stearate blend that serves as both an anti-stat, a cooling time enhancer and lubricant when coated on EPS beads. The fine powder will efficiently cover the surface of the beads and provide a ready to use solution that eliminates unnecessary handling of coating additives during processing. The recommended level is 0.2 - 0.5% depending on EPS bead size. It has a higher zinc stearate content compared to Palsgaard's other GMS/GTS/Zn. St. blend Einar® 543.
