NISSO-PB (TP-1001)

NISSO-PB (TP-1001) by Nippon Soda is polybutadiene resin. It is a base resin derived by polymerizing butadiene using a living anionic polymerization technique. Because the polymer structure is composed of carbon and hydrogen, it has superior water resistance, chemical resistance, electrical characteristics, mechanical strength as well as heat resistance. Offers high reactivity, excellent storage stability, high 1,2-vinyl content and various derivatives containing functional groups. NISSO-PB (TP-1001) is used for wood paints, coating agents and electrical insulating coatings applications.
