BTWR-500 by Nanjing Baitong New Material is an anti-hydrolysis agent. It enhances stability and inhibits the formation of carboxylic acids in hydrolysis reaction. It improves weather-, UV- and water resistance and reduces cracking or aging caused by hydrolysis.
- It maintains the mechanical properties (e.g. tensile strength, toughness) and processing stability of polymers in harsh environments such as humidity, heat, acid and alkali or UV irradiation.
- It extends the life of the material by more than 3 times, which is especially suitable for recycling scenarios of recovered materials.
- BTWR-500 is used in durable waterproof coatings, polyurethane coatings, car and textile coatings.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1 phr.
