SPUR+* 3030 Prepolymer by Momentive Performance Materials is low viscosity and high hydrophobicity silane-terminated polyurethane. It offers excellent fully cured properties including tear, UV and water resistance. SPUR+* 3030 Prepolymer provides improved heat resistance and can enable broad formulation latitude. It is suitable for formulating non-isocyanate, moisture curable roof coatings and waterproof membranes. Proprietary pre-polymer design yields a balance of physical and mechanical properties.
