ROLFLEX® CG 40 by Lamberti is an anionic polyester-based waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It is suitable for use in water-based coagulation and textile lamination. It provides high softness and flexibility, good coagulation efficiency and stability in acidic, coagulation baths, high coupling effect for the lamination of textile and synthetic substrates.
- It can be easily coated, printed and embossed after coagulation.
- It can be applied by padding or coating for water-based coagulation in acid bath for the manufacturing of coagulated bases for synthetic material articles.
- It can be applied by padding or coating as a component in formulations.
- It is also used for textile and synthetic materials lamination and can be combined with solid and liquid additives to achieve the desired performance.
- ROLFLEX® CG 40 has a shelf life of 12 months.
