ROLFLEX® ACF by Lamberti is an anionic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It is mainly used in textile coating and synthetic materials manufacturing formulations. It offers excellent abrasion resistance, provides excellent chemical and rubbing fastness. It ensures high thermal and aging resistance.
- It is suggested for coating technical articles that require high resistance to scratch, abrasion, chemicals and weathering.
- It can be used as an overcoat component for manufacturing synthetic materials by direct and transfer coating.
- It can be used as an additive (10–30%) in topcoat formulations to increase chemical and mechanical resistance.
- It may require the addition of a polyisocyanate or carbodiimide to increase fastness.
- ROLFLEX® ACF has a shelf life of 12 months.
