ESAJET 200 by Lamberti is a readily biodegradable binder specifically designed for aqueous pigmented inks in inkjet application. It is based on aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It is suitable for textile digital printers, with a very low influence on the final ink viscosity. It does not affect the pigments dispersion, with no significant impact on the particle size distribution in time.
- It provides outstanding re-solubility in water and ink, making it completely safe for the printheads.
- Due to its unique structure, it offers excellent washing resistance (60°C) and very good dry- & wet rub fastness (after fabric heating above 150°C).
- It also creates soft hand of the printed fabric (after fabric heat treatment).
- It is compatible with a broad range and in wide proportions of glycols in aqueous mixtures.
- ESAJET 200 has a shelf life of 12 months.
